3. Customer Responsibilities & Site Conditions
By submitting a request for service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Underground Utilities: The customer is responsible for identifying and marking all private underground lines (including but not limited to septic tanks, leach fields, well lines, and irrigation) that are not covered by the public "811" utility marking service.
Site Access: Customer must provide adequate access for heavy machinery. Grace and Grit Dirtworks, LLC is not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or vegetation resulting from the necessary movement of equipment.
Permits: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals or local land-disturbing permits.
